I found the idea here. Except I was too impatient to find a picture, copy, get an overhead projector, trace, and then paint. Instead, I bought the white acrylic paint and free-handed it.
The contrast isn't as great as against the blue. But, the faintness of it makes it a little "sweeter" for a baby room. The whole project took me two afternoons, about 6 hrs, and $10.
I was waiting to see a site to order a kit from but you did it... you amaze me. I love this blog of yours and will have to check it more often to see what i could be doing if I did anything. When they get older I will get to do these things again. at least that is what i am telling myself.
I decided I was having too many posts on my family blog that were just about my crafty TO DOs. So, I'm going to post them all on here and hopefully follow up with my after pictures as well. I actually started this blog last year, but let it fall through the cracks. I won't this time!!
